At ScoopieDoo, we aim to pack and deliver your orders with care and clarity. Please read our shipping policy before placing an order.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. International shipping availability will be updated on the website when applicable.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after successful payment. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability. Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-serviceable pin codes.

Shipping Charges

• Mystery Scoops:
  All ScoopieDoo Mystery Scoops come with FREE SHIPPING across India.
  

• Individual Products:
  

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹599
    

  • Orders below ₹599 may include a standard shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout
    

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp, where applicable.

No Returns & No Exchanges Policy

All Mystery Scoops are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, as items are randomly selected.

Individual products are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

In the rare case that a product arrives damaged, we will provide a refund for the specific damaged product only (not the full order).

To be eligible for a refund:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  

• A clear, unedited unpacking video showing the package being opened from start to finish is mandatory
  

• Clear photos of the damaged item may also be required
  

Requests without an unpacking video or made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Address Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing your order. ScoopieDoo is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
